The Life Management Project
Non-Profit Organization | Air Force, Separated | Member since September 9th, 2011
LMP programs are offered to young women ages14-18, from low-to-moderate income families in the Houston metro area. The program challenges young women in ways far beyond what they are exposed to in a traditional classroom. LMP goes deeper than self-esteem and character enhancement to provide young women with practical real-life skills needed to succeed.
LMP’s mission is to provide the practical life tools needed to ensure that young women are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to overcome the challenges of real life.
LMP’s vision is to close the vast gap between academic knowledge and practical education needed to help young women successfully manage their lives as independent adults.
The curriculum is organized into six project modules offered as a series of workshops during the summer. The modules are developed and presented by highly successful, inspirational women who bring lessons to life in a fun and engaging way. LMP works in partnership with churches, schools, and other social services.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My military career gave me the knowledge, skills, and abilities that has ultimately made me the entrepreneur I am today. My military training instilled in me the work ethic and integrity that I display in everything that I do with my organization and my life.
