Covered Bridge Studio: School of Healing Arts. I am a Reiki Master Teacher - Reiki is a Japanese method of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is presently being used for veterans suffering from PTSD in places like the VA Hospital in Seattle, WA.

I spent 25 years in both active duty as an Airborne Infantryman, then on to the Army National Guard where I was a Tank Commander, Recruiter and Drill Instructor. It gave me discipline, sense of purpose and respect.
