Established in 1986, we're Maine's City Magazine, published in print 10 times a year with 100,000 readers. Founding owners are two retired lieutenant commanders who met at Naval Air Station Norfolk and fell in love in 1979, Nancy and Colin Sargent. Nancy was a Navy dentist and Colin a Navy helo pilot. We proudly include the military perspective in many of our stories.
