Being in such a dynamic environment such as the back a helicopter as a crew chief & rescue swimmer there are 100s of procedures and checklist step that are needed to be followed perfectly in the right order at the right time. It demanded attention to detail and deep critical thinking real time in order to keep the crew safe as possible when flying into sticky situations. I apply these same principles daily to our business and mindset.
