Seven years crypto maintenance tech in the Navy 67-74 (E-5), 13 years USAF, minuteman missile launch crew commander and trainer, recruiting officer, ROTC associate professor aerospace studies. 16 years Oregon OSHA Safety Training Specialist. I started this business in 1991 by myself. Went full-time in 2009. Brought my sons on board in 2012 and we are continuing to grow with 9 employees. The military gave me skills in training, management, and leadership.
