Every day, 22 veteran lives are lost to suicide, often due to PTSD related depression and isolation. Our mission is to end this! Formed and operated by disabled veterans and civilian volunteers, we address the specific needs of combat veterans through firsthand knowledge. A healthy lifestyle is promoted through physical fitness, peer PTSD and caregiver therapy, and social interaction. There is no cost to veterans, members of our armed services, or first responders. Civilians are welcomed at a small monthly fee as part of an effort to serve the local community.
