We saw how the unhealthy choices our parents and grandparents made lead to preventable disease and early death. We want to leave a legacy of breaking that cycle for our families, friends and as many who want to join us on our journey.
We teach how making small changes in 6 major areas of health, including mindset and surroundings, compound over time to help create optimal well-being. We offer a 30-minute workshop covering a high-level view of these macrohabits. We also like to engage at the community level with cities wanting to establish Blue Zone status.
