Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
As a Marine Corps office, my roles included leadership positions where I was directly responsible for the lives of up to 200 personnel. I was also approved by a two-star General to lead officer recruiting efforts in Upstate New York and was hand-picked to lead the curriculum development and instruction of over 1000 Marine Corps officers over a three year period. These experiences taught me vital leadership and recruiting skills I believe I would not otherwise have at the level I do now.
