The evaluation of a home is somewhat like putting the pieces of a giant puzzle together to determine the final picture. How the different home components relate to one another is a way to help an inspector evaluate areas that are not visible. No home is perfect and some issues can be expected. The good news is that most problems have a solution and many of the common issues found in home inspections can be easily solved. The purpose of the inspection is to give an un-biased description of the home’s condition. There is no pass or fail to a home inspection. It is intended to be informative for the benefit of a home buyer and we will always strive to collect as much information for our client as possible.
