Serving my country taught me many things. Among them are Duty, Honor, Integrity, Discipline, Flexibility, Resilience, and Leadership. As result of my service I have worked to create a culture where advancement is based on merit and loyalty to the company and its mission. I understand that trust is essential to achieving any mission and that every team member has something valuable to contribute. I lead my teams to be focused on achieving the mission on time and at the highest quality. To sum it up my military experience made me the leader and the person I am today and I'm certain I wouldn't be where I am today had I not served.
