After my 16 years of high tempo tier one operational training and experience, I have the time management and diplomatic skills to effectively manage the FIX'D organization. Flexible, adaptive and empathetic; I know it takes an entire team to tackle most issues whether I am leading it or being lead. I'm a world class problem solver who hasn't always won in every situation, but I promise you I've learned in every situation.
