I brought my 20 years of active duty experience as a Marine Corps HR Manager and recruiter to work in state and county government, and in non-profits to help others in my community. Now, with more than 31 years of combined service and experience in these sectors, I have learned more about the needs of military families, business, and military-specific non-profits. I help all these segments succeed so that they can also pay it forward.
