Bridging the Gap, LLC was founded with one goal in mind: to help “open career doors to employers” for all servicemen, veterans or military spouses to discover their career dreams.
We are an organization that seeks to assist military veterans and their spouses by introducing them to a Patriot Fellowship Program to all veteran-friendly employers. The goal of the program is to provide preferential hiring treatment, allowing all Veterans the chance to test drive their dream careers and receive mentoring during a critical stage of their life.
