Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
As a team leader for 3rd Recon 3rd Marines I was responsible for my small teams operations in enemy held territory. That responsibility coupled with the discipline of the USMC taught many things. Endurance, facing my fears, doing my job to the best of my ability and to help others as much as possible. Business can be stressful and the stress of combat taught me that I can function at the proper level in most any situation even though business operations are much more benign that war.
