Heroes United

The mission for Heroes United is to work closely with OIF/OEF/OND veterans and provide them with effective transitional services. These are veterans, who after military service, suffer with debilitating symptoms caused by PTSD/TBI traumas.

At Heroes United, we aim to provide for veterans housing along with the appropriate integrative and social outreach services required for their successful reintegration post-deployment. Heroes United is committed to providing veterans with a healthy and productive living environment that will give them the best opportunity for success post-deployment as well as enhance their quality of life for today and going forward.

The goal of Heroes United is to fill the current gap in veteran’s housing and comprehensive reintegration services for returning OIF/OEF/OND veterans. We aim to do this by providing veterans with a healthy and compassionate environment that understands their military combat experiences as well as their current struggles transitioning to civilian life (e.g., family, social, school, employment). Since a healthy community and appropriate living space is one of the most influential factors in a veteran’s ability to return to a productive life following active duty, it is critical that we address the current housing and transitional struggles that returning veterans encounter.
