I was in the Army from 1976 - 1980. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS. Went to the NCO Academy in Schofield Barracks Hawaii where I learned how to manage a group of men. Was a squad leader, and a shop NCOIC. I find my service time has helped me greatly with the ability to run a business and deal with both employees and customers.
