ACCCOLPH is dedicated to making veterans of the United States military better prepared to enter the civilian workforce successfully. It is an organization for veterans, founded by veterans. With its Veteran Business Development Academy, which deploys a specially formulated curriculum, the organization aims to help veterans focus their military experience while revealing and addressing any business skill deficiencies impeding their post-military career goals.
ACCCOLPH is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and is led strictly by veterans. Its staff members and instructors are intimately aware of the vast skills and training veterans have accumulated through their military careers, as well as the skills that are discarded or rendered inapplicable while serving as a soldier. Having experience in the military and in the civilian workforce has given ACCCOLPH’s entire team the knowledge and skills necessary to help other veterans navigate their way through their post-military lives.

The military operates under very clear, unequivocal terms and processes. Military culture thrives on strict regulation checklists, standard operating procedures, directives and sensitive intelligence. In addition, the military functions in a top-down manner. This has enabled me to have the discipline and drive to be a business owner
