Semetrol provides complete research equipment for characterizing defects in semiconductor materials. The equipment measures impedance, capacitance, current, and other properties with high sensitivity, as a function of time and temperature. Characterizing the defects allows the user to improve the performance of semiconductor devices such as lasers, detectors, and transistors.
