It amazes me every day how much being in the Air Force prepared me to be a cake designer. It sounds odd but it's true. Whether it be time management, attention to detail, creative problem solving, professional writing skills, customer service, or dedication to the mission, my military service provided me a solid foundation to serve my community as a small business owner.
