Comments on the Military and Business Ownership

I am keenly interested in the USAF JRAC Program which was so effectively used in WW2 such that it is still a valuable program to this day. It features unique rapid airfield bearing capacity assessment, design, rapid construction materials and techniques. My interest in this rapid technology is derived from my one year training and certification with the USAF in the late 1960’s as an Air Traffic Control Operator utilizing unique mobile GCA equipment that we rapidly deployed and set up at various airfields for a fully operational IFR airport with 40 radius miles of radar approach control space. Also, featuring a mobile tower and communications equipment powered by mobile generator equipment. For the remaining five years of my service we continued to demonstrate our rapid deployment capability and operational readiness at different airfields for the California Air National Guard where I was honorably discharged as an E5 after six years of military service.
